Liliana, is a certified Reiki Master in the Usui Tradition who discovered Yoga in her teens and has been dedicated with devotion to its practice ever since. After finishing her studies of Violin in Venezuela, where she taught yoga classes for 9 years, she came to Montreal to fulfill her dream of studying at McGill's Performance Program to complete her training as a Violin Soloist. She further solidified her interest in Yoga by traveling to India where she delved into the philosophy of Yoga and studied the art of devotional chanting. Liliana is currently taking a Teaching Training Yoga Accreditation at Sattva Yoga Shala. As her practice deepened, yoga became more than a series of postures but a life style that began to pervade all areas of her life; emotional, spiritual and physical. Through her true love for and faith in the Yoga System, she hopes to inspire her students to cultivate their own path of Self Realization.
