Nov 12 What Gets in the Way understanding the hindrances to meditation. During practice we encounter a variety of obstacles: craving, distraction, restlessness, sleepiness, to name a few. Or we notice that one moment we feel happy, the next miserable. When we learn to work with these changing states in meditation, we can apply the insights gained to the ups and downs of our daily lives. Joanne Ransom.
