Yoga on the Park
   
      Gentle Learn the principles of safe alignment, breathing, and attuning to your inner self. For beginners or anyone wanting a more relaxed practice.
   
   Moderate    Basic knowledge of posture and breathing recommended. Learn a fuller range of postures with longer holding times and pranayama for specific benefits.
   
  Vigorous A challenging practice to further strengthen the body and build endurance while adapting the breath. Some vinyasa (flow) sequences and free flow meditation in motion.

KRIPALU YOGA – A form of Hatha yoga, including postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation and meditation.

Chair Yoga
EVERYONE CAN - CHAIR YOGA –A safe, energizing class for those who have joint injury, are recovering from illness, or simply want a gentle class.  Through  the use of a chair you are supported while relieving stiffness and stretching muscles.
Increaseyour capacity for a freer, more vibrant life! All ages, all sizes, all welcome!
 
  All Levels ALL LEVELS – Modifications and instructions for practitioners of all levels are offered. Open to all.
 
  Rise & Shine Yoga RISE & SHINE YOGA –The benefits of yoga are perhaps  felt most clearly in an early morning practice when the mind is more receptive and the body is eager to stretch and awaken. This guided practice is a great way to  start your day in a radiant, focused and relaxed way.
 
  Karma Yoga KARMA YOGA – An all levels class open to everyone. Pay what you can in support of local initiatives and to cover studio expenses.
 
  Hatha Yoga HATHA YOGA – This practice based on a slow-paced sequence of asanas, including breathing exercises and seated meditation, creates balance in the body through uniting the opposites of strength with flexibility, and active with receptive principles.
 
  Vinyasa Ayurvedic Flow VINYASA AYURVEDIC FLOW – Ayurveda is a sister science to yoga and an ancient healing practice originating in India. Yasmin’s unique Ayurvedic Yoga Flow involves sequences of fluid movement designed to bring strength, flexibility and energetic balance to the body and mind. As an experienced yoga teacher and accredited ayurvedic practitioner, Yasmin offers tools for safe alignment as well as therapeutic considerations tailored to the seasons, time of day and each student. Open to all levels of experience, this class also includes breathing exercises, core work, intention setting and relaxation.
 
  MINDFULNESS BASED Yoga and Meditation MINDFULNESS BASED Yoga and MEDITATION A practice that integrates mindfulness meditation and hatha yoga through an ongoing emphasis on mindful awareness of breath, physical sensations, thoughts and emotions.
