All Levels ALL LEVELS – Modifications and instructions for practitioners of all levels are offered. Open to all.

Rise & Shine Yoga RISE & SHINE YOGA –The benefits of yoga are perhaps  felt most clearly in an early morning practice when the mind is more receptive and the body is eager to stretch and awaken. This guided practice is a great way to  start your day in a radiant, focused and relaxed way.

Hatha Yoga HATHA YOGA – This practice based on a slow-paced sequence of asanas, including breathing exercises and seated meditation, creates balance in the body through uniting the opposites of strength with flexibility, and active with receptive principles.

Insight Meditation and Teachings INSIGHT MEDITATION AND TEACHINGS – Buddhist meditation instruction for all levels will be offered. A 30 minute sitting (cushions and chairs provided) and a Dharma talk with discussion in a welcoming community of meditators. Also teachings on love and compassion. Daryl will guide an optional 30 minutes of shared reflection on a Dharma topic from 12-12:30.

Yin YIN – What distinguishes this from other types of yoga are the‘hold’ time of the pose (typically 3-5 min) and the generous use of props to bring the chosen shape to its appropriate edge; in these poses we allow our muscles to become soft and gravity to have us, thus allowing the connective tissue to release/stretch. Yin often works in a restorative way.
